The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation maintain the military initiative alang the entire front in the Donbass. The joint Dnepropetrovsk direction remains the main area of Russian offensive. Heavy battles are ongoing on the Pokrovsk front. After their recent maneuver in the Kursk region, Ukrainian forces expectedly attempt counterattacks on the outskirts of Pokrovsk but so far to no avail.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are deploying their military reserves in the area of Pokrovsk and attempt counterattack on its southern outskirts.
According to the latest reports from the battlefield, several waves of Ukrainian assaults were repelled near the village of Peschanoe which is under the control of the Russian army. Ukrainian assault group on armored vehicles from NATO attempted attacks along the roads from their stronghold in Zvirove located nearby. Russian massive drone strikes and heavy artillery fire do not allow the attackers to gain a foothold in the area.
Ukrainian counterattacks were also reported in the villages of Lysivka and Dachenskoe, that are inflamed by prolonged heavy battles. The Russian military does not allow the breakthrough.

Ukrainian counterattacks are probably aimed to attack the stronghold of Selidovo from the northern direction. However, the ongoing attacks are yet to bring any results. In order to achieve a strategic victory, the AFU should also break through Russian defense west of Selidovo in order to surround the advancing Russian forces but taking into account the pace of Russian advance on the western frontlines, Ukrainians lost the time for maneuver.

After their victory in Uspenovka, the Russian troops secured their positions and are already expanding their zone of control for the further offensive in Novooleksandrivka.
On February 11, the Russian Ministry of Defense officially confirmed the full control of Yesenevoe. Meanwhile, Russian forces are already advancing in the village of Zaporozhie located west of Serebryanoe (Sribne) and Yasenevoe.
Northeast of Pokrovsk, Russian troops are expanding their zone of control in the area of the road junction near Malinovka, securing control of the strategically important logistics hub between Pokrovsk and Konstantinovka. As a result, the operational capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are limited on a wide front, their maneuverability and military supplies are complicated.

The war in Ukraine was marked by numerous false flag attacks and various provocations launched by the Kiev regime. Amid the signs of the ongoing negotiations between Moscow and Washington, the terrorist Kiev regime is expected to attempt new large provocations to prolong the conflict or gain some benefits and weaken Russian positions.
On February 11th, the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation released a statement warning that the special services of Ukraine, with the support of their Western patrons, plan a number of high-profile provocations against Russia. According to available information, they plan to blow up a foreign vessel using Russian mines in the waters of the Baltic Sea. After the attack they will attempt to blame Russia.
The false flag attack is aimed to become a reasonable pretext and push NATO to close the waters of the Baltic Sea to Russian vessels in order to 'protect civilian shipping'. In this case, an escalation would be inevitable and could ultimately push the Russian Federation and the North Atlantic Alliance into direct confrontation.
In addition, the Kiev regime and Western special services are preparing a wave of attacks on members of the so-called Russian opposition and businessmen who have fled Russia abroad. Terrorists from the Middle East and Asian countries will be involved in the commission of crimes. They are promised to pay 20 thousand dollars for completing each task.
The warning from Moscow seems very reasonable. Such provocations well correspond to the interests of Western warmongers, who continue their campaign of pressure on the maritime communications of the Russian Federation. In particular, the Baltic states are looking for a pretext for a blockade of the Baltic Sea but without a direct war with Russia. Attacks on the so-called leaders of public opinion is easily explained by the need to attract more attention to them, especially after they lost US money and have no influence on their own.

Russia and Ukraine continue exchanging massive strikes in the rear areas. The night of February 11th was not an exception.
According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in total, 40 Ukrainian UAVs were intercepted and destroyed by Russian air defense in the rear regions. They include:
The night attack was not the most massive one but some of Ukrainian UAVs managed to break through Russian air defense. Most of the drones targeted the rear Saratov region, in particular the local military airfield, which is the home base of Russian strategic bombers, and oil refinery. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out at the oil refinery. The governor of the region confirmed the attack and some damage to 'an industrial facility' in Saratov. According to preliminary reports, there were no victims as a result of the strikes.

The first attacks on Russian refineries took place a year ago. In recent months, their intensity has increased. Russians tried to strengthen the protection of their fuel depot against enemy drones, for example, with bar screens, but the problem of protecting such facilities is still not resolved.
No significant damage was reported in other Russian regions last night.

In their turn, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are pounding Ukrainian rear infrastructure with daily massive combined attacks with drones, missiles, MLRS.
On February 11th, the Russian Defense Ministry officially confirmed the night attack in Ukraine. Russian military officials quite rarely comment on Russian strikes and the reports are often a signal of particularly severe damage.
'Last night, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a group strike with high-precision long-range ground, air and sea-based weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles, as a result of which the facilities of the gas and energy complex that ensure the operation of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, the infrastructure of military airfields, storage and preparation sites for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles were hit. The objectives of the strike have been achieved,' the report reads.
According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian air defense destroyed only 57 out of 124 Russian drones. 66 UAVs allegedly disappeared. The interception of Russian missiles was not reported.
The Energy Minister of Ukraine confirmed that 'Russian forces inflicted a massive blow on Ukraine's energy system.' Emergency blackouts have been introduced across the country.
According to military monitoring sources, on February 1, day and night, the Russian Aerospace Forces and missile forces attacked targets in the Donbass, Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporozhie, Kherson regions, Pavlograd and Odessa, Mirgorod and Lubny in the Poltava region, near Vinnytsia, Kiev, Chernigov, Mykolaev, Uman and Kanev in the Cherkassy region, Obukhov and Brovary in the Kiev region. The Russian military launched drones, Kalibr, Iskander, Kh-59/69 missiles. Russian strikes were recorded every ten minutes throughout the country.
On the evening of February 10th, Ukrainian military reporters confirmed the launch of up to 20 Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea. They reportedly targeted gas infrastructure facilities in the Odessa region. However, strikes of Kalibr missiles were also reported in the area of Mirgorod in the Poltava region, where a military airfield is located. The local authorities confirmed Russian strikes in several settlements in the Poltava region. According to unconfirmed local reports, Russian strikes targeted some local gas fields. The ongoing devastating Russian strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure on various gas fields leave Kiev with no facilities to sell to NATO warmongers through companies like the notorious Burisma. LINK
About a dozen large explosions thundered in the town of Merefa in the Kharkiv region. Energy infrastructure was destroyed in the city of Kharkiv and in the area of Zmiev.
More details about the exact targets of Russian strikes and the damage they caused are yet to be revealed but the scale of the attack supposes the devastating consequences for the Kiev regime.

Russian military sources published new footage of destruction of the Ukrainian P-18 radar by a precision air strike of Kh-35 missile. The radar was spotted and destroyed in the field area near the village of Ovcharnoe in the southern Zaporozhie region.
The footage confirmed the destruction of the radar together with the crew.

The P-18 is a 2D VHF aerial surveillance radar with a detection range of 250 kilometers and altitude of 35 kilometers. Ukraine inherited dozens of such radars from the Soviet Union.
The Kh-35 is a subsonic anti-ship cruise missile with a land-attack capability. The latest version of the missile is equipped with a GLONASS-aided inertial navigation system along with an active radar homing head. It has a range of up to 260 kilometers and can cruise as low as four meters from the surface to avoid detection.
The missile can be fired from aircraft, like the Su-34 fighter bomber, a land-based multiple launch system dubbed Bal or from warships using systems like the KT-184 naval launcher.

On February 8th, the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down Russian Su-25 in the area of Dzerzhinsk (former Toretsk) in the Donetsk People's Republic. The attack was confirmed by the footage.
Ukrainian military sources reported that forces of the 28th Air Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine spotted two Russian aircraft in the area. One of Ukrainian soldiers attacked the target with the Soviet-made Igla man-portable surface-to-air missile system. One of the aircraft, Russian Su-25 fighter fell and exploded.
The footage shared by Ukrainian military sources was cut and the moment of the strike was not shown. Most likely Ukrainian propaganda tried to hide the fact that Russian pilot timely ejected and was evacuated by Russian forces.
Immediately after the attack, Russian rescue team of two helicopters Mi-24 and Mi-8 with evacuation group on board appeared in the sky. They circled in the area and spotted the pilot in the grey zone. He is seen walking to the helicopter, while fighters were controlling the area.
Ukrainian UAVs attempted strikes on the helicopters but failed to inflict any damage. Ukrainian fire forced the Mi-8 helicopter to escape from the grey zone. The pilot accompanied by members of the evacuation team went on foot to Russian military positions located nearby.
It was a dangerous evacuation operation that ended successfully. The pilot was saved and taken to a hospital.

There are more and more signs of the possible contacts between Moscow and Washington but the doomed Kiev regime has failed to play strongly and achieve any victories on the battlefields so far.
The recent large-scale attacks by the Ukrainian army led to another defeat in the Russian Kursk region. Having lost hundreds of soldiers and dozens of military vehicles, including precious tanks from NATO, Ukrainian forces did not expand their zone of control southeast of Sudzha and failed to gain new footholds.
The Russian troops continue the mop up operations and counterattack, repelling the remaining Ukrainian soldiers from the forest areas near Cherkasskaya Konopelka and Fanaseevka. Ukrainians have been trying to evacuate the wounded from the area for several days now.
According to the latest reports from the front, the Russian military secured its control of Fanaseevka and completed the mop up operations in the forest south of the village.
East of Cherkasskaya Konopelka, Russian troops are advancing near the local dam.
The standoff persists in all directions in the Kursk region. The Russian army increases pressure on the western flank of the Ukrainian grouping in Sudzha. According to the latest reports from the battlefield, they secured their foothold in the western part of the village of Sverdlikovo. Ukrainian forces are hiding behind the local river in the eastern part of the village. Sverdlikovo is a key stronghold of the Ukrainian army, control of which will pave the way for further Russian offensives on Sudzha from the west.
According to estimates by the Russian Defense Ministry, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already lost about 60,000 people in battles in the Kursk region. Heavy Ukrainian losses are confirmed by footage in the region.
Despite the ongoing defeats both in the Kursk region and in the Donbass, the Ukrainian military command continues sending reinforcements to Russian territory. Over 320 additional fighters from Ukrainian airborne assault units with more armored vehicles were reportedly deployed to the border region of the Russian Federation in recent days. The numerous reserves thrown into Kursk battles have not changed the frontlines so far but the head of the Kiev regime Zelensky is still betting on the bloody attacks on Russian soil hoping for some political benefits. In his recent interview Zelensky called the Kursk operations of the Ukrainian army "very beautiful."
In February of 2024, the Russian army took control of a large number of cities and towns on the Donbass frontlines. They include Avdeevka, Ugledar, Selidovo, Kurakhovo, Velikaya Novoselka, etc, not to mention dozens of smaller villages. The last large Russian victory is the liberation of Toretsk. In its turn, the Kiev regime keeps losing its military units with NATO tanks in its 'beautiful operations', proud of its control of a small town named Sudzha on Russian territory.
